Raw Food Retreat in Virginia

Betsy LeGallais, owner of Sagacity Wellness, is putting on a raw food retreat from October 18 to 20 at River Walk Cabins in Meadows of Dan, in Virginia, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. The weekend includes all meals, lodging and a welcome basket full of local area treats and wines.
With raw food classes, Reiki meditation sessions, hiking along the River of Dan and an afternoon tour of three local wineries, the River Walk Cabins and surrounding lodges are the perfect backdrop for this cleansing, relaxing weekend. For golfing guests, the five-star Primland Resort is only minutes away. This is the perfect opportunity for personal growth or even a romantic couples getaway during the peak of leaf-turning season.

Cost is $875 (PayPal accepted). RSVP by Oct. 10. Reservations and accommodations are first-come first-served basis. Location: River Walk Cabins, 4444 Jeb Stuart Hwy., Meadows of Dan, VA. For more information, call 850-529-5513, email Betsy@SagacityWellness.com or visit SagacityWellness.com.
