Melanie Northerner Joins Performance Driven Training Team

Personal trainer and figure competitor Melanie Northerner has joined the staff at Performance Driven Training (PDT), in Fort Walton Beach, and is now accepting new clients.

Jason Jackson, owner of PDT, has been instructing people to be functionally fit and enhance their performance for more than 21 years. He teaches people to work smarter, not harder, to meet their goals. Whether it's helping an older client achieve a better quality of life and making it easier for them to carry groceries or play with their grandkids, or helping a high school athlete achieve more agility and explosiveness for their particular sport, PDT does it all. PDT also offers sessions for small groups at discounted rates.

Location: 446 Racetrack Rd., Unit C, Fort Walton Beach. Contact Northerner at 850-582-7728. For more information, call 850-621-7214 or email
