Five Pillars of Wellness Retreats in Fort Walton Beach

Holistic health expert and yoga teacher Amy Likins will lead Five Pillars of Wellness Retreats on December 9 and January 13 at Synergy Organic Juice Bar and Café in Fort Walton Beach.

“I will coach participants on how to bring their wellness to the next level, beginning with a discussion of the Five Pillars of Wellness that I consider to be non-negotiable for creating a life of vitality and well-being,” Likins says. “The discussion will include information on nutrition, movement and self-care rituals for home. The day will include time to relax and renew and is geared toward inspiring participants to become their best selves.”

Amenities will include fresh organic juices and vegan food designed to cleanse, nourish and energize the body; two yoga and meditation sessions—one focusing on energizing and clarifying the body and mind, and one focused on replenishing and restoring the body and mind; and access to a sauna, organic facial and skincare products and Young Living essential oils.

The cost is $135 for the day, with a 15 percent discount for those who sign up with a partner before December 5. Payment in full reserves a spot. No refunds given after December 5 for the December retreat or January 9 for the January retreat. Space is limited to 12 participants.

Call Likins at 850-243-7492 for information on these retreats, personal and small-group retreats, or nutrition, cooking or yoga classes.
